Beginning with a Funny ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Always good to start on a fun note. Thought you
might enjoy this cartoon. In our quest to maintain
good health it is always important to keep a
perspective. Our bodies have an amazing ability to
filter out impurities and keep us healthy as long as
our immune system is functioning properly.
Eating a healthy diet rich in fresh fruit, vegetables, grains, dairy products, and of course high quality meats will maintain your immune system. Choosing organic whenever possible allows your immune system a break from all its hard work protecting your body against negative elements. Enjoy your health. Indulging yourself occasionally can boost your mental outlook and actually make you healthier overall. As long as you maintain a healthy diet your body will balance out your off times.

Revamping Website ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
While we are always trying to improve our website,
we are in the process of making some major
changes. Our friend in Utah is no longer working with
GrassRoots Meats, so that information will be
deleted. We have moved our processing from Utah
to Colorado, so our Utah trips will be limited in the
future.
We will also be adding some beef and lamb packages to our Pricing/Packages section. Many folks just don't know where to begin to put a custom package together, so we are hoping that having a preset package will take some of the work out of it and make it easier to order. The changes should be complete within the next two weeks. Please let us know what you think.

Pricing Changes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The good news is, the only price change we will be
making is to lower the price on Ground Beef Patties
to $4.99 per pound. The Ground Beef comes in 1/3
pound and 1/4 pound patties. We are really happy
with the quality and hope you will be too. For now
the 1/3
pound patties come five to a package and the 1/4
pound patties come six to a package.

Get Those Orders In ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We are busy lining up packing dates and getting the
meat ready for Fall delivery. It will help us so much if
you get your orders in ASAP.
