It contains approximately 100 pounds of meat and takes up just a little more than one shelf in a good size upright freezer. All cuts are vacuum packed except Ground Beef, Ribs and Soup Bones.

General Notes: Tenderloins are cut 11⁄2 inches thick. All other steaks are cut 1 to 11⁄4 inches thick. Steaks are packed 2 to a package, except sirloins, round and tenderized bottom round (1). Ground beef is 80% to 85% lean. Roasts are 2 to 3 pounds each. Soup bones have a fair amount of meat and can also be used for dog bones. Tenderloin, Strip Loin, Rib Roast, Sirloin Butt, Top Round and Bottom Round Primals are available upon request.
