Zacate Lamb Package
Lots of wonderful lamb in this very economical package. Approximately 19 pounds of meat, it includes Sirloin Chops, Ground Lamb, Shanks, Kabob/Stew Meat, Ribs and Soup/Neck Bones - $99.00

Basque Sampler
A fantastic variety, this package gives you the chance to try nearly everything we offer. About 13 pounds total, it includes Rib Chops, Loin Chops, Sirloin Chops, Ground Lamb, Kabob/Stew Meat, Leg Steaks, Shanks, Ribs and Soup/Neck Bones - $79.00

Custom Packages - Customize the package any way you want! Please feel free to mix it with beef cuts. Take 10% off any Custom Package of $150 or more (cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or package). Just let us know how many pounds of each you want. Choose from the following available lamb cuts, as well as any beef cuts:

Wholes - $7.29 per pound.  Our whole lamb package has approximately 40 pounds of meat.  Cuts are vacuum packaged for the highest quality and freshness.  This package contains Rib Chops, Loin Chops, Sirloin Chops, Leg Steaks, Boneless Leg, Stew/Kabob Meat, Ground, Shanks, Ribs, Liver, Heart, Kidney, and Neck Bones.  Enjoy the tender delicious flavor of grass-finished lamb that is both hormone and antibiotic free, in addition to being nutritious and healthy. Lots of Omega 3's in this meat!

Halves - $7.69 per pound

General Notes:  Chops are generally packaged 4 to a package, except sirloin chops (2) and are approximately 3/4 inch thick.  Leg steaks are packed 1 or 2 to a package and are cut 3/4 inch thick.  Boneless leg roasts are 2 to 3 pounds.  Boneless Loin and Tenderloin Primals are available upon request.
