Merry Christmas ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We just got back from our Thanksgiving trip to Texas
and are jumping into the Christmas season with great
enthusiasm. What a wonderful time of the year this
is. We enjoyed our time with family in Texas but look
forward to spending Christmas with our family here in
Pagosa Springs.
Our son will be getting out of the Navy in January or February of 2007, so this will hopefully be our last Christmas without him for a long while. We have made the best of every Christmas while he was gone, but having him home again will make it all complete. We hope you are surrounded by your family and loved ones this Christmas.

Teri Rippeto, along with Chris Bell, of Potager
Restaurant in downtown Denver, was kind enough to
feature us in her monthly newsletter for November.
How nice it is to read about yourself in an publication
like this. Very flattering and much appreciated.
Potager Restaurant features a new menu every month, and their focus is to present foods in their seasons rooted in the belief that eating seasonally is best for our bodies and minds. I absolutely embrace the idea and reading their newsletter encourages me to be even more committed to this style of cooking.

Delivery Schedule for December ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Looks like we will be making another run to
Albuquerque just before Christmas. There is also a
chance we could make another run to Denver before
the year is out. If you are along these routes and
would like product delivered, just let us know.

Ground Beef Sale ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ground beef is on special
at $3.22 per pound for the months of December and
January, a savings of 25%. There is no minimum on
this offer. The ground beef packs and ships easily, so
if we can help stock you up for the winter let us know.

be filled with love and family and the time to enjoy
